Pendant Lamp - Selenite
NL : Deze lampen zijn versierd met seleniet - uit het Marokkaanse Atlasgebied.
De steen is vernoemd naar Selene, de Griekse godin van de maan. De gloed van de glanzende en parelachtige glans is inderdaad als maneschijn!
Deze staven gebruikten ze in deze lampen en ze brengen een mooi en warm licht in huis.
Handwerk is aan het verdwijnen in de snelle wereld van vandaag en we wilden de vaardigheden van de kopersmeden blijven gebruiken. Onze leverancier heeft een fabriek in Caïro en ze bieden een veilige werkruimte waar ze die hoge kwaliteitsnormen kunnen handhaven.
Via microfinancieringsprojecten hebben ze ook verschillende ambachtslieden geholpen om hun eigen werkplaats op te zetten, zodat ze konden groeien. Duurzaam en ethisch werken met de focus op authenticiteit is wat uiteindelijk het verschil maakt.
ENG : These lamps are adorned with a type of crystal - selenite- from the Moroccan Atlas region.
The stone is named after Selene, the Greek goddess of the Moon. The glow of the shimmery and pearl-like luster is like moonshine indeed!
Selenite is sometimes used for healing and bringing clarity.
They used these sticks in these lamps and they bring a beautiful and warm light to your home.
